Ask Your Questions - Week 4

Only 6 weeks left in the question gathering stage and I need more questions. Don't be afraid, nothing is off limits. I guarantee you will be surprised what the Bible says about your question. If you have a question about how to post your question check out the post from last week. Have a great week...and don't forget to ask your question.

I was baptized as a baby. Is that good enough?

Our thought life is key in determining the direction that we will take. My decisions originated from my thinking, which was fueled by the flesh. My decisions use to be based on my feelings and emotions, resulting in my walking away from God. God has shown me the error of that type of decision making and now it is clear to me that I must make life's decisions based on His Word and Will for his Children.
Question : Christ tells us if we have even thought about a sinful it is the same as committing the sin. The Book of James tells us that it is not the thought that is the sin but if we entertain that thought, playing with it in our mind. I know I will have a thought enter my mind that is not what I want in my mind. How do you reconcile the above two views of Christ and the Scripture in the Book of James.
